I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), an Accredited Registered Member of the National Counselling  and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), an Accredited Registered Member of the National Society of Hypnotherapy (NSH) and work within their Ethical Frameworks for Good Practice. I am also a member of the Hampshire Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (HACP).

The BACP, NCPS and NSH have registers of members and these registers have been accredited by the FSA Accredited Register programme.

The Professional Standards Authority (FSA) Accredited register programme was set up by the Department of Health and is administered by the Professional Standards Authority who are an independent body, accountable to Parliament. The Programme was created to ensure that the public are able to choose safe, ethical and competent professionals for their health and social care needs.

I have ongoing clinical supervision and regularly attend courses and further training to enhance my knowledge and professionalism with Continued Professional Development.

I am fully insured and hold a DBS Certificate.

I volunteered for two years, as a counsellor with a charity providing counselling to young people ages 11 – 25 years.

I help train other counsellors by teaching level 4 & 5 counselling. I also offer supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors.
